Refund & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we cannot refund for change of mind, however if you order the wrong size we will gladly exchange for a different size if in stock within 14 days of receiving. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
Within your parcel you will receive a returns form, please ensure all items meet the below conditions, fill in the form & return to the address provided.
All returns/exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving in original, unused condition with tags attached.
Once we receive your return we will contact you with a store credit code. These codes do not expire but cannot be used with any other code/offer & are only valid for purchases online.
Most of our sizes are true to size but if you are unsure or between sizes, we recommend you size up.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. If using a discount code, this MUST be entered at checkout. If not entered, we are unable to apply this to your order after. If you are having any issues, please contact us BEFORE finalising your order.

All of our items are thoroughly checked for quality prior to shipping, however if an item is faulty a replacement or full refund will be given. All items requiring a refund or exchange need to be returned unworn, in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that postage for returns/exchanges is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.  We strongly recommend items are sent with tracking information as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Should your goods be faulty or you require an exchange, please complete the form included in your parcel within 14 days of your purchase and we will arrange this for you. If at the time of exchange the item is no longer available, we are happy to work with you on an alternative.
